Simple Halloween Wreath

Supplies:
Mini Foam Wreath - Target
Black Glitter Wire Ribbon - Dollar Store
Black Curling Ribbon - Target
Card Stock
Embellishments
Cricut
 Cuttin' Up
Movable Monsters

1. Wrap curling ribbon around foam wreath form.
2. Cut cat at 3 inches from movable monsters and assemble 
3. Happy Halloween cut from Cuttin' Up! at 1.25 inches
4. Assemble wreath
